Someone had it before you

To start .. I think every one of us. Now in this decade Vintage is Back! loves it. We go back in time.
In the city of Brussels (1000) we can find the famous vintage market. Place du jeu-de-balle.
We all like clothes, accessory,  furniture's, just stuff to have like back then. I'll give you a little tour..
Every day of the week from 8 am till 1 pm there's a market. So if it's a nice weather you can move your ass over there to be the first one who's away with the most beautiful piece! I really like to go there, I can be myself, where I'm good at, to shop and to cut-prices .. Everything you can think of what is vintage you'll find it. In the side-streets (rue Blaes or rue Haute) you'll have the extra charming vintage shops ;) which is very nice to go at and to have that special smell. You just have fun that before noon past so fast by and my hands are always full where I a spend maximum € 30 ($ 37.50)

Can you already feel and think what I'm feeling and thinking now by seeing back these pictures. Yes yes. Butterflies ! You can dress yourself like a little mermaid or like Pocahontas! Who doesn't like it, to come out with the child in yourself. You are with your friends or even alone it can be pleased. Enjoying, laughing, walking, searching and yelling "LOOK WHAT I'VE FOUND". To have a good time while your in Brussels. Go over there. After the market, there's always a place available where a fresh drink or a lunch can be fulfilling after keeping the eyes open from left to right and to run from here to there. It can be tiring after hours. But it's fun!

Friday night.. Didn't know what to do. Being bored and than you call that friend .. Your best Friend. "Let's go".
We decided to dress kinda the same, with lace-fabric.
Is it going to be 'Bohemian' 'Gypsy' 'Rock' 'Sweet' - Style. You can it already imagine : Hat - smokey eyes - Adorable cool. And you know if you're together with you Best Friend(s) it's just FUN! While doing the make-up, dance around music, being just A GIRL. But while all doing the clothes-makeup-shoes-hair and nails thing, you just realize how happy you are with the smiling! The Key moments in life of happiness! Sharing thoughts about everything from small too big subjects. Every single one of us needs it, times a time, to forget others things and do only what makes you happy.

Another day

Ouuuf!! Today was JOB interview day.. (nothing to do with my creations) But I'm patient to achieve My Dream. Who isn't?
Then I went a lil bit shopping to for myself. I did a quick stop at "Urban Outfitters". It was the first time I went into this shop in Brussels and I loved it directly !! Felled in love with all the clothes they have in there.. I tried a beautiful outfit but I didn't bought it.. If I'd buy everything I see, I'd be very poor by now ! And I think that's not what I want. Maybe I'll get it afterwords when I saved a little bit more.. In change of my vintage addict I can do it once or more!

Pimp-Up

At a vintage shop I found a suede purple waistcoat for € 2 ($ 2.6) but it looked so boring. Than I had some ideas to Pimp-up the waistcoat.

Need to pack a gift ?

It's my friend's B-day and I bought some Vintage shoes for him. Too late to post a picture because it's already packed and don't want to destroy the beautiful-self-made-packing !
The vintage shop doesn't has packing, so I needed to find something original to put the shoes in. I took a carton I don't use. But it looked drab! Just the brown drab color .. Baaah! You can imagine what I mean.

Started by using a piece of a shirt which I teared up and I used it for the bow around the carton. It still looked bored and it needed color. Colors are missing and that's important! 

Where to find colors? Idea :: press-cuttings !!!

He's into vintage (like I am) and I searched for cuttings he might like! 

And the present is packed !!! You like?

Day 2

So and again I did some vintage shopping ! ...
One heavy-full bag. I love it and enjoyed it. Found some very nice clothes .. 5 items for only 38 € ($ 40). The vest you can see in a earlier post (the large brown one). But here is a Look-Of-The-Day with a leather marine vintage hat I bought made in 1926. I wonder who wore it and for what it was used and which profession back then ! But I really like the style.

These are my buys. Good buys.. :)

I love the way you Create

I had a wonderful unforgettable day ! Discovered my new store .. DECORATION!!! Finally got some new stuff to create my clothes and decoration stuff for my lil studio!! Can't get enough .. I wanted to buy everything I saw!!! Colorful. Amazing. Creative. Fun. Stickers. Flowers. Tape. Paper. Wood. Bottoms.  etc etc..

I felt in heaven and now I can finally continue to do what I love doing!

Bottoms everywhere. Every color every shape! Which designer wouldn't go crazy by seeing this? 

My friend and I went Crazy. Feeling like little children in a toy store or in Paradise.. It was a great feeling to discover anything you like and especially when you let your inspiration flow by seeing all this beautiful creative stuff.

New car?

When I was little always said and wanted something :: D'être une princesse charmante. 

Why? In love with Paris, France. And in my past life "une Petite française"? No doubt but sssttttttt (:  it's a secret between the bloggers. Us!
But a vehicle that brings you to one place another and has "girly" colors or something that attracts me immediately:: Nope, no boys but
 " CUPCAKES. HATS. SHOES. COLORS. FAIRIES. "

This neck less and bracelet are still my two favorites. (Saw them before you) hihi..

This one you wear before and on your back . Very beautiful for a night out and a open-back-dress!

What a lovely new collection for Spring-Summer 2012 in the stores! From colorful to nude. Don't know where to look. You can find it back in clothes, shoes, bags, accessory. In Everything!

The colorful clutch is so beautiful .. The colors are bright! Available at H&M ! It's my favorite one of the other colors. Do you like it as much as I do?

Yellow with black dots (print-alert), orange skirt and black high heels. Colors with a simple combination. Always looks beautiful, from girly-like to Rock-chick, it's possible! 

For the not-rich-ones between us! I found today some nice pair of classy-sexy Mui Mui or Louboutin-like high heels for only € 25!!! Check out Ladies .. You'll love it!

When we have colors, we have prints! 

The prints can start from flowers to dots or even some crazy child-a-like sweaters! Look what's new and where we can still feel
"Like a woman".

Flowers and fruit prints everywhere. Even used as socks and accessory!

TIP: take a look at the vintage or second hand stores! You'll found with no doubt some nice clothes, sometimes even more beautiful and unique than in the big concept stores. Next time I'll take you there with tips and tricks to be in the trend of the moment, but in the (my favorite) Vintage Style!

Fashion week Paris the Spring-Summer 2012 collection, Louis Vuitton and Cloé showed their Romantic touch collection.

Dainty white dresses with borders in café-au-lait brown colour and grass green, for the real spring-effect. The collection on the catwalk with a lot of bright colors, flower prints and feminine in detail hemlines. But also this time we can see the boyish elements in the collection like wide shorts and pants!
