While I'm trying to write this post .. In my head this song

Anyway what I want to post is a Beauty tip. Self made with kitchen ingredients: HONEY and COFFEE GRIT.

Looks strange but it helps amazing. A soft hydrated antitoxin skin.

To be honest I saw this ingredient on the Dr. Oz show and because it's budget friendly (less than € 1/$ 1) why not trying!? . 

How to make this Beauty-Mask? 1 spoon of honey and 1 spoon of coffee grit. Blend it together and when it's all smoothly put it on your face for 20 minutes (2x a week).

I tried it already and I can assure you than my skin is changed and feels more softly than before. 

Bruxelles

Today I made something typical Belgian Grandmothers food: 'Choux de Bruxelles' and it was Delicious (tho I say it myself) .
Want to know a short cultural story of why it's called Brussels sprouts. 
"Forerunners to modern Brussels sprouts were likely cultivated in ancient Rome. Brussels sprouts as we know now were grown possibly as early as the 13th century in Belgium. The first written reference dates to 1587. During the 16th century, they starts to have a popularity by the neighbors."
That's also a reason why we call them: Grandmothers food.

- sprouts
- bacon
- butter
- pepper/salt/nutmeg
take a pot and boil water. Once the water is boiled you add the sprouts and boil them for 7-10 min. Once you can prick in at. It's done. Then you melt the butter in a pot. After the butter is melted add the bacon, it depends how many sprouts you have. But actually you make it by view. If the bacon is cooked add the sprouts and adjust  some salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir it and it's done.

Delicious with meat and boiled potatoes.

After in the 2 past days in the city of Brussels. With not much of sleep .. I would call this Sunday a very lazy day, but I LIKE IT! Always looking forward to have a Lazy Sunday like this! While realising a lot How Happy a person can be! Single or not! With or without worries! What makes you happy is to have a dream and going through life with that dream always in your mind, that makes you feel Happy! (That's my lil secret to happiness, sssttt).


Although I'm expecting my mom who's coming to visit me, I come from a small city Genk (Belgium) but since 5 years it was Only Me ... A lil girl like; busy, crazy, but independent; me living in the "Big City" Brussels-Belgium. 
And when my parents are coming I have to give something in return after an one hour trip! 
So I decided TO COOK!
